Premiere Pro versions
Project and sequence tracking has been observed on Premiere Pro 26.2.2 on Mac. The current connector is restricted to Premiere 26; the next compatibility work is to support and test versions 24 and 25.
Adobe’s CEP extension platform provides a route to covering these versions. Premiere 24 uses an earlier CEP generation; Premiere 25 introduced CEP 12, which is also present in our Premiere 26 installation. We will list a version as supported after checking project detection, sequence tracking, breaks and recovery in the actual application.
Mac and Windows are separate companion apps
The dashboard can be viewed in a web browser, but the tracker that observes activity runs on the editing computer. A Windows version needs its own activity detection, packaging and installation checks. It is not enabled by using the website on a PC.
The Mac release process is being prepared around Apple signing and notarisation. Intel and Apple silicon acceptance checks are part of the rollout work. The public website does not currently offer a finished installer for general use.
DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and Avid
These applications organise projects and timelines differently and expose different extension interfaces. Each would need a connector that can reliably identify the active work and recover when context changes. We have not released those connectors.
If you use another NLE, join the waitlist and select all the applications your team uses. Include versions and whether you run Mac, Windows, Linux or a mixed environment. That information helps us prioritise the next investigation without promising a delivery date.
What the current activity rule includes
Premiere in the background pauses tracking. A gap of more than five minutes without observed Premiere input is trimmed back to the last interaction. Short gaps can count as thinking time.
This rule does not automatically measure off-screen planning, calls or work in other applications. Use the reports alongside the other work included in your production estimate.
Help us test the setup you actually use
Tell us your Premiere version, Mac model or architecture if known, operating system and normal storage arrangement when discussing early access. Shared storage, home and office computers, and several project files for one job are useful test cases.
